Pricing: the real cost over a 3-month job search
A typical active job search runs about three months. Here's what each tool actually costs over that window if you pay month-to-month:

A few pricing traps worth knowing:
- Jobscan's quarterly plan has no pro-rated refund. If you land a job in week three of a $89.95 quarter, the unused balance is gone.
- Teal's $13/week plan compounds quietly. Left running, it works out to roughly $56/month — nearly double the monthly plan. If you go paid on Teal, take the quarterly.
- Enhancv's headline price depends on billing cycle. The attractive ~$13–16/month rates require paying 3–6 months upfront.
- Rezi's lifetime deal is genuinely good if you expect to job-hunt more than once. $149 once beats $29/month before the six-month mark.
- MOR's pay-per-resume is a one-time payment, not a subscription: ₹99 (~$4.99) for 2 tailored resumes, and unused credits never expire.
ATS scoring: how each tool decides your score
This is where the tools differ most, and it's the part most buyers never check.
Jobscan compares your resume against a job description and reports keyword match rates, with checks tuned to specific ATS systems. It's detailed and battle-tested. The catch: scores can vary between scans of the same resume, which makes it hard to tell whether your edits actually moved the needle.
Rezi gives its own "Rezi Score" focused on resume best practices — formatting, content strength, quantification. It's more of a resume quality grade than a match score against a specific job.
Teal shows a match score between your resume and a saved job posting, built around keyword presence. Useful directionally, lighter on the "why" behind the number.
Enhancv runs a resume checker covering structure and readability. It's the least ATS-focused of the five — the product's center of gravity is design.

Jobscan isn't a builder, so templates aren't really its game.
If you're applying to a startup design role, Enhancv's polish may genuinely help. If you're applying through Workday or Greenhouse, conservative single-column layouts parse most reliably.
Job tracking
Teal is the clear winner here — its job tracker (save postings via browser extension, kanban pipeline, contact tracking) is the best of the group, and much of it is free.
